Off-leash 3:30pm–10:30am, except during organised sport. On-leash at all other times, and the children's playground is off-limits to dogs.
The vibe
A Woollahra Council park on the Rose Bay waterfront. Dogs can be off-leash from 3:30pm to 10:30am, except during organised sport, and must be on-leash at all other times. Keep dogs out of the children's playground, which is a prohibited area.
Good to know before you go
There's a drinking fountain in the park. Two car parks are nearby, one by the Woollahra Sailing Club and tennis courts and one by the Rose Bay ferry wharf, plus parking along New South Head Road.
Dog-access information last checked 3 October 2026 against Woollahra Municipal Council. Check the current official rules. Rules can change — always check before visiting.
