Quick specs
Dog access, in detail
Dogs in the off-leash area must be supervised by a competent person over 16 who can control them by voice, picks up dog waste, and has no more than four dogs. Restricted breeds and declared dangerous dogs aren't allowed in off-leash areas.
The vibe
Connie Lowe Reserve has a large fenced off-leash dog area in Rouse Hill. The reserve also has a playground, BBQs, picnic tables, shade areas and walking trails.
Good to know before you go
The council lists a drinking fountain (bubbler) and parking at the reserve.
Dog-access information last checked 3 October 2026 against The Hills Shire Council. Check the current official rules. Rules can change — always check before visiting.
