24/7 off-leash in the signposted section between Gates 60 and 61, at the far northern tip of the beach (about 150m, north of the fenced baths, next to the car park). Dogs aren't permitted anywhere else on this beach or foreshore, on-leash or off — rangers patrol and fine outside the marked section.
